Q. How do I load money into my ATM?
A. Once your ATM machine is installed, you will be shown how to load money into your new ATM machine. Your money will be redeposited into your account as customers withdraw cash from your ATM. During the regular work week, your cash will be redeposited back into your account within 24-48 hours from the time it was withdrawn from the ATM. All weekend transactions which include Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will be deposited the following Tuesday.

Q. Are there any hidden fees or monthly charges I should know about?
A. There are no hidden fees, monthly fees, and no per transaction charges for transaction processing. You will have long term fees for the dedicated phone line, electricity and keeping it stocked with receipt paper and money.

Q. What do I do if my ATM machine stop running?
A. We place a decal on the front of your machine with our 24 / 7 800 number. If a problem should come up, please give us a call. We use only certified technicians to work on your ATM.

Q. What types of programs do you offer?
A.

- We have a lease to own program. You receive 100% of the surcharge you set.
- We have a 4 months same as cash program.
- We have a placement program, in which you must meet the placement criteria to participate.

Q. How much cash does an ATM hold?
A. The amount of bills your ATM can hold depends on the number of cash cassettes installed.
